Vindemio invites you to discover its organically produced wines during a cave tour and tasting. Vindemio vines flourish between two terroirs of the Ventoux appellation, which make up the 16.5 hectare vineyard.

The first 8-hectare plot, located on the commune of Mormoiron, reaches an altitude of 400m, at the foot of the Ventoux, making it one of the highest of the appellation. Located at the far west of the appellation, in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron, and facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Ventoux, the second 4-hectare plot benefits from a unique protection against strong winds as well as extreme temperatures.

Vindemio means "I harvest" in Latin. Florentine and Albin Combe represent the 5th generation of the family of winegrowers.

All our wines come from blends that are characterised by an aromatic richness and a balance suitable for aging. In the respect of the environment, Vindemio wines express a unique identity and reflect the work of men, and the passing down of expertise.
