Cooking Classes - La Table Haute

Chef Thomas Longuesserre, Chef at La Table Haute since February 2024, supervises the cooking workshops.

Chefs meet in the former kitchens of the townhouse, and officiate over the old 19th-century wood-burning stove. Local gourmets, young and old, appreciate these entertaining moments where tricks of the trade and cooking secrets are passed on in a place steeped in history.
Séverine Sagnet, Jeff Mouroux, Pascal Barnouin, Jean-Jacques Prévôt and many other chefs share with you the preparation of black truffles in winter, chocolate as well as Mediterranean and Italian dishes...

Aprons, utensils and technical datasheets are provided, and classes end with a meal accompanied by wines chosen by our sommelier. Marmitons also have the option of inviting one or more people of their choice to join them for a lunch they have prepared themselves.
