I've won several prizes at the Fête des Foins, as well as first prize at the Salon des Artistes Locaux in Le Grau du Roi."

"Finally retired, I was able to enroll at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Avignon, in a course for adults at a rate of 3 hours per week; not rue des lices but rue violette, then Champfleury, in a room quartier Est, and finally chemin Baigne-pieds. There, I mainly learned the basics of oil painting, a little pastel, a little plastic art, acrylic painting..."
