The domaine du Collet Vert is an HEV estate located above Pertuis with a breathtaking view of the Luberon and its summit called Le Moure Negre. You can taste the three colours of wine, dry wines with citrus aromas, thiol rosés, and fresh red with blackcurrant notes. You’ll do the tour and the tasting with Jérôme, the winegrower winemaker who will tell you about his profession. Come and find out more about the estate, ending with a food and wine pairing and tasting evening through a menu offered by the Le Marché de Manon.
