A 30-hectare estate, of which 12 hectares are vineyards planted on terraces or in tree-lined enclosures bathed in light. They are tended without any pesticides, like gardens. The harvesting is done entirely by hand, and the winemaking process is natural, favoring infusion over extraction to allow the aromas, color, and terroir to fully express themselves. But Chancel is also about a desire to share, a curiosity, and a constant willingness to question and improve, with attention to detail to offer a new generation of unforgettable wines.
